Overview Join our dynamic team as a Plumber Technician and become a vital part of delivering high-quality plumbing solutions across construction sites and remodeling projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems on construction sites, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise plumbing layouts. Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and welding techniques to complete installations and repairs efficiently. Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Conduct remodeling tasks such as fixture replacements, pipe rerouting, and system upgrades with attention to detail. Collaborate with construction teams, carpenters, HVAC specialists, and other trades to ensure seamless project progress. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress for quality assurance. Requirements Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with a strong understanding of plumbing systems. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading machinery. Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans effectively. Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of HVAC systems and schematics is a plus. Physical ability for heavy lifting, working at heights, and performing manual tasks in various weather conditions. Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site access logistics. Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe fitting and system layouts. Prior experience in construction site environments or remodeling projects is highly desirable.
