The Opportunity We are seeking a Plumbing Helper to support our plumbing team in the field. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, eager to learn, and enjoys physical, hands-on work in a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Assist plumbers with installations, repairs, and basic service work Help transport tools, materials, and equipment to and from job sites Maintain a clean and organized work environment Support basic plumbing tasks under supervision Follow safety procedures and job site guidelines Learn plumbing systems, tools, and industry best practices What YOU Will Bring Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work well on a team Comfortable working with hands and tools Ability to take direction and follow instructions Warehouse, construction, or trade school experience is a plus (not required) Recent trade school graduates or individuals looking to start a career in the trades are encouraged to apply Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements) Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to work at heights using ladders when needed
