Beech Grove, IN Job Overview Pyramid Design and Construction is looking for a motivated and dependable Pipefitter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of plumbing experience who's eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in the trades. You'll assist licensed plumbers with a variety of installation, service, and repair projects—learning from the best while making meaningful contributions on job sites. Key Responsibilities Assist licensed plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fittings accurately Operate hand and power tools safely and correctly Help diagnose leaks, clogs, and basic plumbing issues Load and unload materials, prepare job sites, and maintain clean work areas Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and company policies Communicate effectively with team members and customers Complete assigned tasks efficiently and with attention to detail Qualifications Minimum 3-5 years of residential or commercial plumbing experience Basic understanding of plumbing tools, materials, and processes Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs, working in confined spaces, and standing for extended periods Strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and ability to take direction Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications Plumbing trade school or apprenticeship experience Familiarity with drain cleaning, fixture installation, or water heater work OSHA 10 Certification Benefits Health & Wellness Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-provided safety gear Work-Life Balance Paid Time Off (Vacation, Holidays, Sick Leave) Per Diem for travel jobs Career Development Paid training and certifications Personal Tool Replacement Program Compensation & Extras Weekly Pay Year-End Bonus Retirement Savings Program Company Vehicle or Mileage Reimbursement (as applicable) Schedule Full-Time Monday - Friday Occasional travel may be required depending on project location (Per Diem provided) Location Onsite — Based in the Field Primary location in and around Beech Grove, IN Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Statement We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
