Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a dedicated CuNi Pipe Fitter with at least 1 year of CuNi (Copper Nickel) pipe fitting experience. The candidate will perform layout, fabrication, installation, testing, and repair of pipe systems with a particular focus on Copper Nickel (CuNi) piping. The ideal candidate will have the expertise to meet production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 year of CuNi (Copper Nickel) pipe fitting experience Pass a hands-on pipe fitter test by Creating a square cut on a CuNi pipe using a cutting grinder (Metabo) Applying a bevel to the pipe using a grinder with a sanding disc Cutting the opposing end of the pipe to saddle a pipe of the same size at a 90-degree angle SKILLS Strong understanding of pipe fitting techniques and best practices Proficiency in using tools and equipment related to pipe fitting
RESPONSIBILITIES
Layout, fabricate, and install CuNi piping systems according to technical specifications Test and repair pipe systems as needed to ensure proper functionality and compliance Use precision tools and equipment, including grinders and sanders, to prepare pipes for installation Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines and quality expectations
