Summary As a Pipelayer at Pessoa Construction Company, you will play a vital role in our infrastructure projects by installing and maintaining pipelines for wet utilities. This position is essential to our mission of exceeding client expectations while ensuring safety and quality standards are met. Responsibilities Install and maintain pipelines for water, sewer, and storm drain according to specifications. Operate pipe lasers to ensure accurate alignment and depth of pipelines. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion. Conduct utility locating to prevent damage during excavation activities. Perform concrete forming and finishing as needed for pipeline installations. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations on job sites. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Qualifications Proven experience as a pipelayer or in a similar construction role. Strong knowledge of pipeline installation techniques and utility systems. Familiarity with pipe lasers and utility locating tools is preferred. Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. Strong communication skills for effective teamwork on job sites. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
