Job Description
Caledonia Excavating is looking for a pipe layer/general laborer to join our team. Starting pay based on experience, but ranges from $22
- 30 an hour. Full benefits (Health, Life, Dental, 401k matching, PTO, Holiday Pay) as well as being eligible for a yearly performance based bonus. ```Duties```
- Install and repair underground pipelines for water, sanitary sewer, and storm water systems
- Prepare trenches and ditches for pipe installation
- Align and position pipes according to blueprints and specifications
- Test pipes for leaks and ensure proper functionality
- Operate heavy equipment such as loaders and bulldozers to assist with pipe installation
- Raising castings, straw matting and other miscellaneous finish work associated with the job Experience encouraged, but willing to train on site.
