Job Description

Job Summary Flodraulic Group is seeking an experienced Hydraulic Pipe Fitter with strong tube bending and hydraulic system assembly skills. This position supports machine tool builders, OEMs, and plant maintenance customers by fabricating and installing high-pressure hydraulic tubing systems to precise specifications. We are looking for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Measure, cut, bend, and fabricate hydraulic tubing (steel & stainless) Operate manual and hydraulic tube bending equipment Interpret hydraulic schematics and mechanical drawings Install and route high-pressure hydraulic lines on industrial machinery Perform tube flaring, deburring, and fitting installation (JIC, ORFS, NPT, metric) Pressure test completed systems for leaks and integrity Work alongside hydraulic technicians during system startup and troubleshooting Maintain clean and safe work area Follow OSHA and shop safety standards Experience Proven experience as a hydraulic pipe fitter or in related construction or manufacturing roles involving pipe installation and maintenance. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools, power tools, calipers, and pipe threading equipment. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Experience working on construction sites or in manufacturing environments with exposure to rigging, assembly, soldering, tube bending, and maintenance tasks. Knowledge of ASME codes & standards related to piping systems is highly desirable.
Pay:
$23.00 - $26.00 per hour
