As a leader in the field, you will coordinate teams, ensure safety compliance, and deliver exceptional service by applying your extensive construction plumbing knowledge. Your mechanical expertise and hands-on skills will drive project success, ensuring all work meets high standards of quality and efficiency. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead by example, mentor junior technicians, and contribute to innovative drainage solutions that solve real-world problems. Duties Lead and supervise drain cleaning, repair, installation, and maintenance projects on various construction sites. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to plumbing and drainage systems. Operate a wide range of hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding apparatus, and other construction machinery safely and effectively. Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and clients to plan work schedules, allocate resources, and ensure timely project completion. Perform heavy lifting tasks, site cleanup, remodeling tasks, and assembly work as needed on job sites. Conduct inspections of plumbing systems, troubleshoot issues using mechanical knowledge, and implement repair solutions efficiently. Maintain detailed records of work performed, materials used, safety protocols followed, and project progress for accountability and reporting purposes. Skills Extensive experience in construction plumbing with a solid understanding of pipe installation, repair techniques, and schematics reading. Proficiency in welding techniques relevant to drainage systems and structural modifications. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and other construction equipment safely. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to interpret blueprints and technical schematics accurately. Knowledge of HVAC systems as they relate to building drainage or related infrastructure is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while maintaining proper ergonomics on demanding construction sites. Valid commercial driver's license for transporting equipment or materials when required. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe fitting or system layouts.
