The Flatwork Foreman is a full-time leadership position dedicated to project efficiency, team growth, and technical excellence. We are looking for a professional who leads by example and values every team member.

Travel may be required for project management
Responsibilities:
  • Coach and mentor employees to foster professional growth
  • Provide timely information to the crew and motivate the team without using demeaning or profane language
  • Utilize quick problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to keep projects moving forward
  • Help shape and enforce company policies and job descriptions while ensuring a safe and efficient job site
  • Read and follow both commercial and residential blueprints and maintain knowledge of local flatwork codes
  • Oversee the quality of work and ensure the proper care of all equipment, trucks, and trailers
  • Research data and factors that affect concrete costs to improve efficiency
  • Maintain professional and courteous interactions with job engineers, architects, and homeowners
  • Ensure all job-related paperwork and weekly timecards are completed and reviewed for accuracy in a timely manner Working hours:

High School Experience:
4-7 years
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills
  • Must possess a valid driver's license acceptable by our insurer and a DOT Medical Card (or the ability to pass the physical to obtain one)
  • Maintain a drug and alcohol-free status while on the job site and utilize the electronic timecard system daily
  • Must provide your own hammer, tape measure, nail apron, steel-toed boots, and rubber overshoes Employee Benefits
