What You'll Do:
Assist with geothermal drilling operations Install underground piping systems Work on excavation and trenching projects Help install water lines, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer systems Operate hand tools and construction equipment Maintain a safe and organized jobsite Work outdoors as part of a skilled crew
What We're Looking For:
Farm, construction, excavation, or heavy equipment experience is a plus Strong work ethic and dependable attendance Ability to perform physically demanding work Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work well with a team Valid driver's license If you're ready to build a career, work outdoors, and be part of an industry that continues to grow, we want to hear from you.
