What Are We Looking For?
- Read and interpret specifications, submittals, and blueprints to ensure accurate and efficient installation of piping systems.
- Operate and maintain a variety of powered industrial equipment and hand tools with precision and care.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset and apply knowledge of workplace safety policies to eliminate potential hazards.
- Work confidently with a variety of piping materials used in commercial and industrial HVAC systems, including, but not limited to copper, PVC, steel, and stainless.
- Utilize various joining methods such as brazing, soldering, solvent welding, Pro-Press, threading, and Victaulic systems.
- Demonstrate strong skills in time management, critical thinking, math, and decision-making while taking pride in craftsmanship.
- Help educate and support fellow team members through hands-on knowledge and clear communication.
- Plan, prioritize, and organize tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
- Maintain professionalism and represent the company well while working around customers, clients, or the public. What Do We Want To See?
