We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals who take pride in delivering quality workmanship and helping homeowners and businesses solve complex underground plumbing and water intrusion issues. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with advanced trenchless pipe rehabilitation technology, excavation equipment, foundation waterproofing systems, and drainage solutions. You'll be part of a team that specializes in protecting properties, restoring infrastructure, and providing long-lasting solutions throughout Northeast Ohio. Whether you're experienced in excavation, construction, waterproofing, drainage, plumbing, or underground utilities, we want to hear from you. Duties Operate excavators, skid steers, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Perform residential and commercial excavation for sewer, water line, drainage, and foundation projects. Install interior and exterior waterproofing systems. Install foundation drainage systems, sump pumps, downspout drainage, and stormwater management solutions. Assist with trenchless pipe lining and sewer rehabilitation projects. Perform sewer and water service replacements and repairs. Use hand tools and power tools for excavation, waterproofing, pipe installation, and site restoration. Read and interpret blueprints, utility locates, and project specifications. Assist with concrete removal, replacement, grading, and restoration work. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site. Work collaboratively with plumbers, drain technicians, project managers, and other team members. Qualifications Experience in excavation, waterproofing, drainage, plumbing, underground utilities, or general construction preferred. Ability to operate or learn to operate excavation equipment. Knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices. Experience with sewer, water, drainage, foundation, or waterproofing projects is a plus. Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, carrying materials, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
