Job Description
Axis Welding & Construction LLC is taking applications for a combo welder - stick and tig stainless. Duties include running a rig welding truck, performing pipeline repairs in the oilfield & maintenance and pipeline repairs in refineries. Some travel out of state may be required for government contract jobs (prevailing wage rates apply). Must be able to pass 2" tig stainless test. Must be able to pass 2" stick carbon test. Must be able to pass a drug test. Rig truck provided. Must have reliable transportation. Must have experience with pipe fitting and layout. Must be trustworthy, reliable and a team player. Must be driven and have a good work ethic. Previous oil field and refinery experience strongly preferred. Pay will depend on overall experience.
