HVAC Foreman

HVAC Foreman Job Description We are seeking a skilled HVAC Foreman with over 7 years of experience in the HVAC field to join our team. This role demands foreman-level expertise in managing installations, particularly in commercial settings. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of brazing, soldering, ductwork, sheet metal duct, and various piping systems including hot water/chilled water and gas piping. Experience in controls or pipefitting is considered a valuable addition. Responsibilities Lead and manage HVAC installations in commercial projects. Oversee all phases of HVAC work including brazing, soldering, and ductwork. Manage sheet metal duct, hot water/chilled water piping, and gas piping tasks. Ensure adherence to blueprints and layout designs during installations. Coordinate with team members to effectively execute construction plans. Utilize mechanical and fabrication skills to enhance project outcomes. Essential Skills 7+ years of experience in the HVAC field. Foreman experience in HVAC installations. Proficiency in brazing, soldering, and ductwork. Expertise in sheet metal duct and piping systems. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layouts. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in controls or pipefitting is a plus. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Berwick, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $31.00/hr.
