The ideal candidates will have experience installing and replacing piping systems, hanging pipe, installing pumps, and performing light ductwork. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be dependable. Requirements of the Mechanical Pipe Technician
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable Transportation
- Excellent Attendance and Punctuality
- Ability to work in hot and cold environments
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Experience installing and replacing industrial piping systems
- Experience hanging pipe and installing pipe supports/hangers
- Experience installing pumps preferred
- Pipe threading experience is a huge plus

- Remove and replace old piping systems with new pipe
- Demolish and install gas lines and piping systems
- Thread, assemble, and install pipe
- Install and secure pipe hangers and supports
- Install and connect pumps and condensation pumps
- Install light spiral ductwork and screw down duct systems
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work efficiently in a team environment to complete projects on schedule
