We are looking for dependable Pipe Layers and Underground Utility Laborers who take pride in doing things the right way. What You'll Be Doing Install water main, sanitary sewer, and storm pipe Work in and around trenches, excavators, and shoring Set pipe to grade and line (pipe layers) Assist operators, pipe layers, and foremen as needed Maintain a clean, safe jobsite Follow all safety procedures and company standards What We're Looking For Underground utility experience preferred (pipe, sewer, water) Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions Strong work ethic and good attitude Ability to take direction and work as part of a crew Valid driver's license required CDL is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Overtime available Steady work — not seasonal bouncing Opportunity to grow into higher-level roles Professional, organized operation (not a fly-by-night outfit) Why Work for Woelber Excavating Well-maintained equipment Clear expectations and strong leadership We value skilled tradesmen and people who want to improve Local work with a respected company Apply on Indeed or contact us directly Serious applicants only.
