Duties Help Duties include but are not limited to: The incumbent of this position is required to install, maintain, and repair all plumbing facilities and equipment such as showers, sinks, toilets, sterilizes, dishwashing machines, floor drains, faucets, drinking fountains, wall bubblers, sewer mains, drain lines, sprinkler system and laundry equipment such as washers, he exchangers, wer softeners, stills, hot and cold wer drainage and sewer distribution systems. Employee maintains/repairs the medical air, oxygen, vacuum and gas system to include the reled components and subsystem. Installs, maintains and repairs steam equipment throughout the hospital repairs laundry and dietetic equipment which includes steam mains from boiler house, steam cookers, steam tables, pressure cookers, hot wer heers, radiors, steam traps, condense and steam distribution system; repairs and replaces defective gas and air lines; installs and replaces pipe covering.
