Project-Based Position Project Location:
North Dakota & Minnesota Region JPEC Services LLC is seeking a Contract Propane Installation Technician for a short-term project in the North Dakota and Minnesota area. We are looking for individuals with experience working for a propane company or in related trades such as plumbing, pipefitting, gas utility installation, or propane system installation. Position may lead to additional contract opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Install underground propane tanks and related equipment. Install and connect propane gas piping, regulators, and fittings. Assist with excavation and site preparation as needed. Perform pressure testing and system checks. Follow all propane industry safety standards and project requirements.
Preferred Experience:
Previous employment with a propane company. Experience installing underground propane tanks. Plumbing, pipefitting, gas utility, or mechanical trade experience. Familiarity with propane systems, gas piping, and regulators. Ability to work outdoors and travel within the project areas. Travel will be at minimum 75% of time.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license. Reliable transportation. Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening. Ability to pass a federal background investigation. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Position Details:
Short-term contract assignment. Competitive pay based on experience.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
