This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sites, utilizing your expertise in pipe installation, fabrication, and system troubleshooting. As a Pipefitter, you will be instrumental in ensuring that plumbing, HVAC, and process piping systems are installed accurately, efficiently, and safely. Bring your passion for craftsmanship and problem-solving to a role that values precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine pipe layout and installation procedures. Measure, cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems using hand tools and power tools with precision. Fabricate pipe components on-site or in the shop to meet project specifications. Install plumbing fixtures, valves, fittings, and support structures following safety standards and building codes. Conduct construction inspections to verify proper installation quality and adherence to schematics. Operate heavy equipment as needed for pipe installation or site preparation. Collaborate with construction management teams to coordinate schedules, materials, and workflow for efficient project completion. Skills Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings with attention to detail. Experience with construction management principles and estimating processes. Skilled in the use of hand tools (e.g., wrenches, pipe cutters) and power tools for fabrication and installation tasks. Knowledge of plumbing systems, electrical experience related to piping setups, and construction site safety protocols. Ability to operate heavy equipment safely on construction sites. Familiarity with construction inspection standards to ensure quality control throughout projects. Competence in working with various materials such as concrete forming materials, stucco, masonry components, and roofing systems.
