Job Description
Richard L. Crowder Construction, one of the largest site contractors in the Greater Richmond area since 1973, is seeking experienced pipelayers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have expertise in installing waterlines, storm sewers, and sanitary sewers and will primarily work on industrial sites, commercial development projects, and residential construction sites. Pipelayers will work under the supervision of a foreman in a dynamic, full-time, year-round position with all local jobsites. Responsibilities Install waterlines ensuring compliance with specifications and safety standards Install storm sewer systems accurately and efficiently Install sanitary sewer systems according to project plans Work collaboratively under the direction of a foreman Maintain a safe and organized work environment at all job sites Preferred Qualifications 2+ years of experience in pipelaying Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Voluntary life insurance Paid holidays 401K plan with company matching Full-time and year-round employment Local job sites only Weekly pay with direct deposit
