Installer Job Description:
We are a growing trenchless plumbing company seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Pipe Lining Apprentices and Installers . This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn trenchless rehabilitation methods, including pipe bursting, pipe coating, and pipe lining for side sewers and drain systems. We provide a clear path for growth with hands-on training, manufacturer instruction, and top-of-the-line equipment . •Positions are open for experienced installers/crew leads as well.
Responsibilities:
Assist with trenchless pipe lining, pipe bursting, and coating installations. Perform digging, light plumbing work, and site prep as needed. Safely operate company vehicles and equipment. Work alongside experienced crew members and participate in ongoing training programs. Travel occasionally for manufacturer-led training or assist visiting trainers on-site. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Requirements:
Great attitude, detail-oriented, and self-motivated. Able to handle high-stress tasks and work well with a team. Must have a valid driver's license and pass a background check and a drug test . Ability to lift 75-100 lbs regularly. Willingness to learn trenchless rehabilitation and plumbing techniques.
Pay Structure:
Entry-level apprentices will start with a modified wage based on skill set. Experienced installers may qualify for higher than top pay ($30-$37/HR). Pay is hourly and paid weekly .
Schedule:
4-day work week (Mon - Thurs or Tues-Fri, pending our specific schedule needs at the time). Full-time.
