$24/hr Job Description The Trades Helper will assist in marine trades by reading, interpreting, and applying drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements. The role requires basic knowledge of hand and power tools and a strong desire and aptitude to learn. Responsibilities Read and interpret drawings and specifications to determine installation requirements. Utilize basic hand and power tools effectively. Learn and apply new skills as required. Wear necessary personal protective equipment such as hard hats, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots. Essential Skills Ability to read and interpret marine drawings and specifications. Basic knowledge of hand and power tools. Strong desire and aptitude to learn. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with shipyard operations. Familiarity with power tools and marine environments. Understanding of electrical wiring, conduit, and industrial sonar technologies. Experience in welding and fabrication. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bremerton, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
