is hiring a full-time Pipe Layer to join our field team working on underground utility projects in Lynnwood and surrounding areas. This is a hands-on position for someone who takes pride in doing quality work, showing up ready to go, and working safely as part of a crew. Position Overview The Pipe Layer helps install underground water, sewer, and storm systems and works closely with the Foreman and Crew to keep projects moving safely and efficiently.[ This role includes reading plans, checking trench depth and grade, measuring and placing pipe, and helping maintain a clean and organized job site. What You'll Do

• Install underground utility pipe according to plans, grade, and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints and job plans.
• Measure pipe runs and verify trench depth, alignment, and grade.
• Use pipe lasers, grading tools, hand tools, and power tools as needed.
• Help stage materials, request cut sizes, and place pipe in the trench.
• Mark up as-builts daily and communicate with the Foreman or Site Superintendent.
• Follow all safety requirements, attend safety meetings, and work with awareness of your surroundings.
• Keep equipment, tools, trucks, and work areas clean and in good condition.
• Complete your daily timecard and follow company policies and expectations. What We're Looking For
• Experience in underground utilities, site work, or pipe laying preferred.
• Ability to read plans and work to grade.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work as part of a team.
• Comfortable working outdoors in a physical construction environment.
• Professional attitude with coworkers, inspectors, and customers.

Pay and Benefits Starting pay is 38.00 per hour depending on experience, with payroll by direct deposit every two weeks.
