Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Septic Installer serving King and Pierce County! In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining septic systems that ensure safe and efficient waste management for residential and commercial properties. Our services range from full site development to drainage solutions and retaining walls. When not installing septic systems, you will acting as lead on other projects. We're looking for motivated, detail-oriented professionals eager to be part of a bigger team. Duties Install septic systems according to blueprint specifications, including pipe laying, tank placement, and system connections Operate heavy equipment such as dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, and front loader trucks to excavate trenches and prepare sites Read and interpret construction blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation Perform concrete finishing tasks for septic tank bases and related structures Conduct utility locating to identify existing underground utilities before excavation Use pipe lasers and other precision tools to ensure proper alignment of piping systems Weld components as needed for system assembly and repairs Maintain safety standards on construction sites by following protocols and using protective gear Requirements Proven experience operating heavy equipment including dozers, loaders, backhoes, excavators, forklifts, and pipeline machinery Skilled in construction site activities such as trenching, concrete forming, plumbing, and utility locating Ability to read blueprints accurately and interpret technical diagrams effectively Knowledge of septic system installation procedures in accordance with local regulations in King County Experience with welding, concrete finishing, and pipe laser alignment techniques is highly desirable Familiarity with oil & gas industry standards or utility pipeline installation is a plus Strong physical stamina with the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; certification in forklift operation preferred Join us in delivering essential sanitation infrastructure that supports healthy communities! Pay:
$38.00 - $40.00 per hour
