We provide our customers with facility design and construction services which includes; sales and service for irrigation; grain handling; manure handling; and constructing high tech manure separation systems nationwide. In addition, we handle a broad line of manure handling, feed handling, & skid steer equipment. Komro Sales is constantly developing manpower to support, with innovation, our growing customer base. Komro Sales & Service, Inc. is seeking an individual with a strong and efficient work ethic who wants to install and service various systems for our increasing agricultural customer base!
Roles & Responsibilities:
Perform installation of plumbing systems underground Inspect and repair previously installed plumbing systems Set, operate, and maintain ag equipment including erector's and catwalk's Ability to dig trenches, compact earth, and backfill holes Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and plans Prepare for and maintain orderly job sites throughout life of project Maintain a safe work environment as directed through our safety program Uphold a sense of urgency, professionalism, and ownership in preparation for jobs and on worksite Maintain excellent communication with co-workers and supervisors Ability to adjust to customer requests providing essential support Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending related training
Qualifications:
Ability to travel to local and regional locations Equipment experience and knowledge (skid steer, welding, torch, transit) Understand machinery, hydraulics, electricity, and concrete forming & finishing Possess good judgement, quality focus and demonstrate dependability, and drive Ability to work independently, being highly productive and efficient when working alone or within a team Capable of acquiring and maintaining a class A CDL license Equipment experience and knowledge Physical ability to help with general day to day maintenance of construction tools and machinery, lift 50+ pounds, bend/crouch regularly, extensive walking, work outside in all weather conditions on a regular basis Please note that this is a summary and not inclusive of all job responsibilities.
