multiple qualification test Must be able to skillfully weld pipe from 2\" to 36\" Must be able to downhill weld Must be able to cut pipe and fittings with torch Must be able to read blue prints, P&IDs, ISOs, and should be able to create red line/as built drawings Must be able to set up, adjust and operate welding equipment Must clean and maintain tools and equipment used in the work Candidates with the ability to self-fit pipe are encouraged to apply

Physical Requirements:

Frequent walking and climbing (stairs, ladders, terrain) Frequent lifting (up to and including 50 pounds) Frequent bending, twisting and standing Exposure to working outdoors in all-weather conditions Ability to work more than 40 hours in any given week including weekend assignments as required Remaining calm during emergencies and respond appropriately as dictated by the circumstance of the incident which includes within and around locations and when required to climb and descend stairs to access available exits The individual must also be able to wear and properly utilize appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to work or visit within areas where it is required. This includes hard hat, safety glasses, reflective vest, ear plugs, steel toed shoes, or other protective equipment as required by the location

Experience:

Two to three years of pipe welding and fabrication experience required

Tooling:

Each pipe welder must the following personally owned tooling in order to be considered for employment: Rig (truck) Welding Machine Weld Leads (min. of 100') Torch Gauges Torch Hoses Hand Torch Long Barrel Torch Short Barrel Torch 2 Grinders 22' Squares 2 Hole Pins 2' Level 4' Level Crescent Wrench Hammer Space Tool Torpedo Level Center Finder 2"-4" Bevel Machine 2"-4" Ultra Clamp 25' Tape Measure 100'

Tape Measure License:

Candidates with welding certificates are encouraged to apply OSHA 10
