TITLE:
Operations Worker / Junior Operator ```DUTIES```- Monitor process equipment such as pumps, mixers, and filters
- Change and clean filters
- Learn and follow SOPs and safety protocols
- Must have a desire to understand and continue learning on the job.
- Support team in operations however needed.
REQUIREMENTS
```- High degree of self-discipline.
- Ability to learn and follow safety protocols.
- BioXRG is a start-up company with minimum structures requiring all personnel to be flexible in their work times and to be willing to execute tasks not directly related to their position description.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
```- Previous work in a manufacturing environment, especially chemical process
- Experience with pump, piping or plumbing ```
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
```- Moving equipment weighing up to 50 lb.
- Must be willing to maintain a clean shaven face to wear a tight fitting respirator.
- Work outside in Texas conditions.
SCHEDULE
```- Rotating shift schedule with 8 hour shifts, working 6 days on and 2 days off.
