We are looking to hire experienced Poly Technicians who are ready to join a hardworking team and grow with a company that values safety, quality, and professionalism. Job Responsibilities Install, fuse, repair, and test HDPE/poly pipe systems Assist with CNG rig-up and rig-down operations Read and interpret work orders and field layouts Operate equipment safely and efficiently Perform pressure testing and troubleshooting as required Maintain a safe and productive work environment Travel to various job locations as needed Work extended hours and overtime when required Requirements Valid Driver's License (required) Previous poly pipe/fusion experience (required) Oilfield experience preferred Ability to pass a drug screening Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and dependable attendance CDL is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Overtime opportunities Steady work year-round Opportunity for advancement Team-oriented work environment Work with one of the fastest-growing service companies in the Permian Basin At TnA Energy Services, we take pride in delivering quality workmanship and safe operations for our customers.
