In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will help transform spaces, enhance aesthetics, and ensure durable finishes that meet client specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and advanced techniques to achieve flawless results. The ideal candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about craftsmanship and renovation. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces thoroughly by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Execute painting tasks using various techniques such as airless paint spraying, brushwork, roller application, and specialty finishes to achieve desired textures and colors. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately determine project scope and specifications. Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks including trim carpentry, framing, masonry repairs, stucco application, and fixture installation. Perform restoration work on existing structures by matching colors using color theory principles and blending finishes seamlessly. Manage multiple projects on construction sites by adhering to safety protocols while coordinating with other trades such as carpentry, masonry, welding, and drywall installation. Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools and materials while ensuring all safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle. Experience Proven experience in residential painting with a solid understanding of color theory and finishing techniques. Hands-on experience with commercial or industrial painting projects involving airless spray systems and specialized coatings. Familiarity with construction estimating processes to accurately assess project requirements and materials needed. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math skills for precise measurements. Skilled in using hand tools such as caulking guns, putty knives, brushes, rollers, as well as power tools including drills, sanders, grinders, and welders. Background working on construction sites with exposure to framing, remodeling, restoration projects, plastering, stucco application, masonry work, concrete finishing, and maintenance tasks. Ability to work efficiently on renovation projects requiring attention to detail in trim carpentry or fixture installation while maintaining high safety standards.
