You will be actively involved in assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring safety standards are met, and supporting the team to deliver quality results. You will learn multiple trades and train under professionals willing to teach you. This is an outdoor position. Duties Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction activities, including material handling and site preparation Learn the setup and cleanup of work areas to maintain a safe and organized environment Learn to operate basic tools and equipment under supervision, adhering to safety protocols Observe and follow instructions from supervisors to understand construction processes and techniques Contribute to the delivery of quality workmanship by supporting various phases of construction projects Requirements Strong interest in construction, building trades, or related fields Must be able to work in outdoor temperatures during Arizona summers. Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions Willingness to learn ladder safety and climb a ladder.
