In this role, you will be responsible for the complete installation of pickleball courts, ensuring they meet safety standards, durability requirements, and aesthetic expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of construction skills, and contribute to community wellness through sport. We value energetic, detail-oriented professionals eager to bring sports facilities to life with precision and craftsmanship. Duties Prepare site by clearing, grading, and setting up foundation areas for pickleball courts Install court surfaces using concrete finishing, tile laying, or synthetic materials as specified in blueprints and schematics Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate excavation, leveling, and surface preparation Coordinate with project managers to adhere to construction schedules and quality standards Perform inspections during installation to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety protocols Apply finishing touches such as caulking, trim carpentry, or painting to enhance court durability and appearance Read blueprints and schematics accurately to execute precise installation steps and modifications as needed Experience Proven construction site experience with familiarity in concrete forming, masonry, or hardscape projects Skilled in blueprint reading, schematic interpretation, and construction management principles Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation in outdoor environments Knowledge of various construction techniques including roofing, stucco application, glass installation, cabinetry, flooring installation, tile laying, and welding is a plus Familiarity with relevant building codes and safety regulations related to sports facility construction Experience working on outdoor recreational or sports court projects is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive work environment where energetic professionals can thrive.
