As an integral part of our workforce, you will bring your expertise in masonry work to deliver high-quality, durable structures across various projects. Your skills will help shape the built environment, from residential renovations to large-scale commercial developments. : 786-355-3554 Duties Construct, repair, and restore brick, stone, concrete block, and other masonry structures with precision and attention to detail Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate execution of design specifications Perform concrete forming, finishing, and pouring for foundations, walls, and decorative features Install rebar (reinforcing steel bars) to strengthen concrete structures according to safety standards Execute hardscape projects including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing masonry materials Apply plastering, stucco, caulking, and trim carpentry techniques for finishing touches on various projects Utilize heavy equipment operation skills when necessary for site preparation or material handling Maintain a clean and safe construction site by following all safety protocols and procedures Team leader must be able to manage crews, organize projects, and maintain job quality and productivity Experience Proven experience as a masonry worker or similar role within the construction industry Extensive knowledge of concrete forming, concrete finishing, rebar installation, stucco application, tile laying, and metal stud framing Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, chisels, hammers; power tools including saws and drills; heavy equipment operation preferred Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with confidence Demonstrated experience in renovation projects or restoration work is highly desirable Strong understanding of safety standards related to construction sites and masonry work Join us if you're passionate about building lasting structures with precision craftsmanship!
