Job Description

EmpireWorks Reconstruction is a Florida based construction company that focuses on exterior renovation throughout Florida. We are Hiring for Stucco/Plasters for our South, FL divisions. These include Miami/Fort Lauderdale and surrounding cities. This position earns $25.00 to $27.00 per hour depending on work experience. Consistent 40-hour work week, work schedule is from 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday to Friday . Pay is every Friday/Direct Deposit •

OL Job Requirements & Responsibilities:
Must have 3+ years of Stucco/Plastering experience . Must have experience installing Tyvek house wrap . EIFS (Exterior Insulation and Finish System) experience preferred. Must be willing and able to work at heights on scaffolds, swing stages, aerial lifts, and other elevated work platforms while following all company and OSHA safety requirements. Perform a variety of general construction duties as assigned, including material handling, site preparation, demolition, cleanup, and assisting other trades when needed. Scaffold certification preferred. (EmpireWorks will provide scaffold competency training and certification if needed.) Must have basic hand tools; company will provide major equipment. Must supply a hard hat, work boots, and long pants . OSHA 10 certification is a plus. Must be capable of lifting and carrying 5-gallon buckets, ladders, stucco materials, and other construction equipment as required. Must be physically able to perform demanding construction work, including climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, and working in various weather conditions. Transportation is not provided. Employees must have reliable transportation to the job site or arrange a ride with a coworker or other reliable source. Must be dependable, hardworking, and committed to maintaining a safe work environment. Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be able to work effectively as part of a team. Must be willing to follow all company policies, OSHA regulations, job site safety standards, and directions from the Foreman or Superintendent. Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for company tools and equipment.
