Plasterboard Worker A reputable construction company in Atlanta is seeking a skilled Plasterboard Worker to join our team. As a Plasterboard Worker, you will be responsible for installing and finishing plasterboard walls and ceilings in residential and commercial buildings. You must have at least 2 years of experience in the field and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install plasterboard panels according to blueprints or specifications
• Use hand tools and power tools to secure plasterboard panels to walls or ceilings
• Apply tape, joint compound, and other materials to seal joints between plasterboard panels
• Sand, smooth, and finish surfaces using sandpaper or other tools
• Repair damaged or uneven surfaces before applying plasterboard panels
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and building codes
• Communicate with contractors and other team members to coordinate tasks effectively

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterboard Worker or similar role
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and building codes
• Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work on ladders or scaffolding if needed
• Excellent communication skills in English We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

This is a full-time job, but part-time options may also be available. Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
