Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Swimming Pool Subcontractor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality swimming pool installations, renovations, and repairs with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will help bring luxurious, functional pools to life, ensuring safety, durability, and aesthetic appeal. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilizing your technical skills and construction knowledge to deliver outstanding results. Duties Interpret schematics, and technical drawings to accurately construct and install swimming pools and related features Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively on construction sites Perform excavation, concrete forming, plastering, masonry, and finishing work to create durable pool structures Install plumbing systems, electrical components, and other specialized features required for modern pools Apply caulking, trim carpentry, stucco finishes, tile laying, and flooring installation techniques for a polished final product must be able to use shovel for grading, must be able to bend and squat for a period of time must be able to handle and follow timelines Skills Proficiency in schematics interpretation for accurate project execution a plus Skilled in plumbing, electrical work,concrete finishing , a plus Hands-on experience with construction site safety protocols and quality control measures
