Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, plastering, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion and finish quality Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment with precision and efficiency Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately execute painting plans aligned with project specifications Perform surface repairs including drywall patching, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry work, and fixture installation to ensure a seamless finish Assist with renovation projects by handling framing carpentry, concrete finishing, masonry repairs, and general remodeling tasks as needed Maintain safety standards on construction sites by using proper protective gear and following protocols during work with welding equipment or industrial painting processes Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while ensuring high-quality craftsmanship in all aspects of painting and surface preparation Requirements Proven experience in residential painting, commercial painting, or construction painting environments with hands-on knowledge of hand tools and power tools Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading blueprints or schematics accurately Knowledge of color theory to select appropriate paints and finishes for various surfaces and environments Ability to perform plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, restoration work, and fixture installation confidently Experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols and site-specific procedures Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to paint coverage, material estimates, and project planning Skills in handyman tasks such as drywall repair, masonry work, concrete finishing or welding are a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and understand project requirements effectively Join us in creating stunning spaces that leave a lasting impression!
