Job Summary Join our dynamic remodeling team as a Remodeling Crew Member and be a vital part of transforming spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll work alongside skilled professionals to execute a variety of renovation and construction projects. Your hands-on expertise will help bring clients' visions to life, ensuring quality craftsmanship and timely completion. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills across multiple trades while contributing to high-impact projects that make a real difference. looking for journey man and apprentice, 2 man teams are welcome!!!!! Duties Assist in demolition, preparation, and cleanup of job sites to ensure safe and efficient workflows Perform carpentry tasks such as framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, and cabinetry installation with precision Operate power tools and hand tools safely to install flooring, tile, drywall, stucco, and other finishes Conduct surface preparation including caulking, plastering, concrete finishing, and masonry work for durable results Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project Support construction management by adhering to schedules, maintaining quality standards, and documenting progress Requirements Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with familiarity in site safety protocols Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics, and construction estimating processes Skilled in operating construction tools including power tools, heavy equipment, and specialized fabrication machinery Hands-on experience with various trades such as carpentry, and restoration techniques Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions accurately Strong teamwork ethic with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively on diverse projects Physical ability to lift heavy materials, stand for extended periods, and perform physically demanding tasks safely Join us in creating inspiring spaces!
