Job Description

Job Summary I am seeking a skilled and reliable Subcontractor to work with. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse range of construction skills and experience, enabling them to contribute effectively to various projects. I am willing to train a responsible, professional person who has the aptitude for remodeling work., and possesses a valid driver's license and telephone. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Subcontractor will be responsible for executing tasks related to construction, renovation, and maintenance while ensuring high-quality workmanship. Responsibilities Perform restoration tasks on various structures and surfaces. Execute trim carpentry projects, including installation and finishing. Fabricate custom components as needed for specific projects. Lay tile in residential and commercial settings with precision. Carry out construction painting duties, ensuring surfaces are properly prepared and finished. Install drywall efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Handle glass installation tasks with care to ensure safety and quality. Collaborate with project managers and other subcontractors to meet project timelines. Skills Proficient in restoration techniques and practices. Strong trim carpentry skills with an eye for detail. Experience in fabrication processes for custom construction needs. Knowledgeable in tile laying methods for various applications. Skilled in masonry work, including knowledge of materials and techniques. Competent in construction painting, with an understanding of surface preparation and paint application methods. Familiarity with drywall installation procedures and finishing techniques. Experience with glass installation processes, ensuring proper handling and fitting.
