Skilled Trade Contractor

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Trade Contractor to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of specialized trade tasks across various construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship, safety, and adherence to project specifications. Your expertise will help drive project success from initial setup through completion, contributing to the creation of durable, high-quality structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity for tradespeople passionate about craftsmanship and dedicated to delivering excellence on every project. Perform diverse construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, concrete finishing, and flooring installation with precision and efficiency. Operate power tools and hand tools safely while maintaining equipment in optimal condition. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project requirements. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate work schedules and sequencing for seamless project flow. Assist in fabrication, installation of cabinetry, glass, doors, trim carpentry, stucco application, caulking, and plastering as needed. Utilize Bluebeam software for digital document management, markup reviews, and project updates. Operate heavy equipment safely for site preparation or material handling when required. Maintain a clean and organized worksite; adhere strictly to safety protocols at all times. Support remodeling and restoration efforts by applying specialized skills such as welding or masonry when necessary. Proven experience in construction trades such as carpentry, roofing, masonry, or concrete finishing with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately. Hands-on experience with construction management practices including estimating and inspection processes. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to construction sites across multiple trades. Familiarity with construction software such as Bluebeam is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs.
