In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services across a variety of settings, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining safety standards. Your expertise in construction painting, renovation, and finishing will contribute to transforming spaces with precision and professionalism. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your craftsmanship while working on diverse projects that challenge your skills and creativity. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion. Execute residential and commercial painting tasks using hand tools, power tools, airless paint sprayers, and other equipment efficiently. Read blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to accurately interpret project requirements. Perform plastering, stucco application, masonry work, and drywall restoration to achieve smooth finishes. Install fixtures, trim carpentry elements, and handle renovation tasks such as framing and remodeling projects. Apply various coatings including industrial paints, specialty finishes, and airless spray techniques for durable results. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols on construction sites and handling tools responsibly. Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of quality. Qualifications Proven experience in construction painting with a strong background in residential and commercial projects. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and scaffolding safely and effectively. Knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and basic math for measurements and calculations. Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, stucco application, masonry, concrete finishing, and restoration work. Familiarity with construction estimating processes and renovation procedures. Ability to work on construction sites with varying conditions while maintaining attention to detail.
