Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Skilled Labor professional to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of hands-on construction tasks, utilizing your expertise in various trades to ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your active participation will help drive project success from foundation to finish, contributing to the creation of durable, quality structures. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction and eager to develop their craft in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently across multiple trades including carpentry, masonry, roofing, and more. Perform concrete forming, finishing, and restoration work to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic appeal. Install doors, cabinets, glass, flooring, tile, trim carpentry, stucco, and other building components with precision. Use heavy equipment responsibly for excavation, lifting, or site preparation activities. Requirements Proven experience working on construction sites with a solid understanding of safety protocols. Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, or related trades is highly advantageous. Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively. Knowledge of construction management principles and site coordination practices. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
