Overview We are seeking a skilled and versatile Tradesman to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be instrumental in executing a wide range of construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your expertise will help bring complex building visions to life, from framing and finishing to detailed installations. Responsibilities Perform various construction tasks including framing, drywall installation, roofing, masonry, and concrete finishing with precision and attention to detail Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and effectively across multiple job sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and quality specifications Assist with construction estimating and project management activities as needed Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, tile, stucco, and other finishing elements to meet project requirements Support fabrication and installation of structural components such as steel framing or concrete forms for various projects Skills Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices Experience in construction estimating and project planning processes Skilled in construction inspection procedures to uphold safety and quality standards Hands-on experience with plumbing, electrical systems, roofing, masonry, plastering, welding, and restoration work Ability to operate power tools, hand tools, scaffolding, cranes or other heavy equipment safely Excellent blueprint reading skills along with familiarity with schematics and technical drawings Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, tile laying, hardscape installation, glass installation, and trim carpentry Capable of performing detailed tasks such as caulking, door hanging, painting preparation, flooring installation and masonry work Join us if you're passionate about building excellence!
