In this energetic role, you'll apply your construction expertise to a variety of exterior projects, ensuring quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. From roofing and siding to stucco and masonry, you'll work hands-on with a diverse range of materials and techniques. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in construction, restoration, and fabrication while contributing to beautiful, durable exteriors that stand the test of time. Responsibilities Perform exterior construction tasks including roofing, siding, stucco application, masonry, and trim carpentry with precision and safety in mind Use hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy machinery to complete projects efficiently and accurately Read blueprints, schematics, and detailed drawings to interpret project specifications and ensure proper execution Conduct site assessments to determine project scope, material needs, and safety protocols Assist with concrete forming, metal stud framing, plumbing rough-ins, and welding as required for exterior structures Execute restoration work such as caulking, tile laying, and masonry repairs to improve or preserve building exteriors Collaborate with team members on fabrication tasks and ensure all work aligns with schematics and design plans Lift heavy materials safely while maintaining proper posture; adhere strictly to safety guidelines at all times Qualifications Proven experience in construction or related fields such as roofing, remodeling, or handyman work with a focus on exterior projects Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, scaffolding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques Strong knowledge of blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating processes Familiarity with various exterior materials including stucco, masonry, metal studs, tile, and concrete forms Experience in welding, framing carpentry (including metal stud framing), plumbing rough-ins, or masonry is highly desirable Ability to perform heavy lifting safely; physically capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in restoration or renovation projects Join us as an Exterior Specialist where your craftsmanship will shape the face of buildings!
