Duties Perform comprehensive home repairs including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, roofing, and drywall installation. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute projects. Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently across multiple job sites. Conduct construction inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project specifications. Install fixtures such as cabinets, doors, windows, glass panels, trim carpentry elements, and flooring. Manage restoration projects involving stucco application, concrete finishing, masonry work, and plastering. Fabricate custom components using welding, fabrication techniques, or heavy equipment operation as needed. Ensure all work adheres to project timelines and quality standards while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Requirements Proven experience in construction site work with a solid understanding of building processes. Strong knowledge of construction estimating, management practices, and inspection procedures. Hands-on experience with plumbing systems, electrical wiring, roofing techniques, masonry, and flooring installation. Skilled in the use of various power tools including saws, drills, grinders, and caulking guns. Familiarity with concrete forming, finishing techniques, tile laying, plastering, stucco application, and masonry work. Excellent problem-solving skills with an eye for detail in fixture installation or restoration projects. Valid certifications or licenses related to construction trades are preferred but not mandatory.
