Plasterer/Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plasterer/Laborer to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of plastering, and general labor tasks to support residential, commercial, and renovation projects. Your expertise will help create durable, high-quality finishes on walls, ceilings, and other surfaces while assisting with various construction activities. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers to ensure optimal plaster adhesion. Mix and apply plaster, stucco, or other finishing materials with precision to achieve smooth, durable surfaces. Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and measurements. Assist with plastering Qualifications Proven experience in construction environments with a focus on plastering work. Familiarity with blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation relevant to construction tasks. Experience with renovation projects involving restoration or historic building preservation is a plus. Ability to work safely at heights and around heavy machinery while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills combined with the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately.
