OVERVIEW
We are seeking a reliable Skilled Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in various exterior construction trades, especially siding and/or framing. We take on a variety of jobs, so no day is ever the same!
REQUIREMENTS
Personal tools , including bags, hammer, tape measure, square, chalk line, siding shears. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation , as jobs are located throughout Pender, New Hanover, Brunswick Counties and beyond.
EXPERIENCE
Candidates MUST be able to: Measure and cut materials to fit specific dimensions; install materials evenly and securely. Proficiency in using power tools relevant to construction tasks. Familiarity with caulking materials and application methods, like sealants and other weatherproofing materials.
Helpful knowledge of:
Installation of exterior products like windows, doors, etc. Framing, including framing walls, roofs, and floors. Concrete forming techniques and practices. Basic masonry skills for brick or stone work.
PERFORMANCE & PAY
Pay is based on experience and performance during trial period. Paid weekly. 1099 if you carry wc insurance. Work ethic and performance will earn fast raises. Bonuses available.
