In this role, you will be responsible for executing a wide range of trade skills to ensure the successful completion of construction projects. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute project plans. Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently to assist with site preparation, material handling, and structural work. Conduct construction inspection to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and project specifications. Execute concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, stucco and concrete restoration projects with attention to detail. Requirements A proven background in masonry and related fields. Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and construction estimating. Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, scaffolding, and heavy equipment operation. Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to troubleshooting on-site issues.
