This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a variety of projects, including new builds, renovations, restorations, and commercial developments. As a vital member of our crew, you will be responsible for applying plaster, stucco, and other finishing materials while assisting with general labor tasks across construction sites. Your expertise will contribute to delivering high-quality finishes and ensuring the smooth progress of our projects. This paid position is perfect for individuals eager to develop their skills in masonry, carpentry, and heavy equipment operation within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and setting up scaffolding or formwork for plastering and masonry work Apply plaster, stucco, and other finishing materials with precision using hand tools and power tools Install rebar, metal studs, and framing components necessary for structural support and wall construction Read blueprints and schematics to accurately execute project specifications and measurements Assist with concrete forming, finishing, and pouring to ensure durable and smooth surfaces Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting materials or preparing site foundations Support renovation projects by performing caulking, trim carpentry, tile laying, and metal stud framing as needed Skills Proficiency in concrete forming, concrete finishing, and stucco application techniques Strong knowledge of construction estimating and blueprint reading to interpret project plans accurately Experience with rebar installation, masonry work, roofing prep, and restoration processes Skilled in the use of hand tools (trowels, hammers) and power tools (drills, saws) for various tasks Ability to operate heavy equipment safely in a construction site setting Familiarity with schematics for layout and schematic reading for precise execution Knowledge of welding, tile laying, framing carpentry, drywall installation, caulking, trim carpentry, metal stud framing, roofing prep and metalwork is highly desirable Join us to build exceptional structures while honing your craft in a collaborative environment that values safety, quality, and professional growth.
