Duties Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and applying primer to ensure optimal paint adhesion Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, airless spray equipment, or other hand tools Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute painting plans Perform surface preparation tasks such as plastering, caulking, stucco application, and drywall finishing for smooth results Execute renovation and restoration projects by matching existing finishes and working with various materials like masonry and concrete Maintain safety standards on construction sites by following protocols related to scaffolding, welding (if applicable), and hazardous materials Requirements Hands-on experience with hand tools such as brushes, rollers, caulking guns, putty knives; proficiency with power tools including spray guns and sanders Ability to perform surface preparation tasks like plastering, stucco application, masonry work or concrete finishing as needed Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to project scope and material quantities Construction site experience demonstrating safety awareness and teamwork in fast-paced environments Join us in creating stunning spaces through expert craftsmanship!
