Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardscape and Landscape Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality hardscape and landscape projects, transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments. Your expertise in construction techniques, plan reading, and various installation methods will ensure each project meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Install hardscape elements such as pavers, retaining walls, patios, walkways, and decorative stone features with precision and attention to detail Execute landscape installations including planting, soil preparation, irrigation systems, and landscape lighting Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to ensure accurate project execution Operate hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment, and machinery safely and efficiently on various job sites Perform concrete forming, finishing, masonry work, plastering, stucco application, and fabrication tasks as needed Conduct construction inspections to verify quality standards and adherence to safety protocols throughout each phase of the project Coordinate with team members and project managers to ensure timely completion of tasks while maintaining high safety standards Skills Extensive experience with hardscape installation techniques including concrete finishing, masonry, tile laying, and roofing applications Proficiency in blueprint reading and schematics interpretation for precise project execution Skilled in operating hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and specialized fabrication equipment Ability to perform construction site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients Join us if you're passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces!
